Clogheravaddy Wind Farm

We were commissioned by Adman Civil Projects Ltd to construct a 4-way duct for grid and communication connection to Cloghervaddy Wind Farm. This project was undertaken across challenging and remote terrain belonging to different landowners.  On the delivery of this project, we developed quality control measures to monitor all construction activities, materials and installations and we developed safety protocols and provided training to our staff and conducted regular safety inspections 

This project required us to develop and implement environmental mitigation actions to reduce any potential habitat disruption.  We also were responsible for engaging with local communities and stakeholders to address concerns, provide information and to foster positive relationships throughout the construction processes.  To deliver the project to the requirements of the customer we develop effective project management practices to ensure timely completion, adherence to budget and project coordination.  We maintained all project documentation to include inspection, permits and compliance verifications.
